Yoga for Kids & Teens

Yoga for Tods (Age 4-7)

The objective of this program is to support the overall development of a child..The program  supports children with diverse needs while facilitating the development of social and emotional learning skills. The classes will be presented in a kid friendly manner though games, art, stories and craft

Yoga for Children (Age 8-12)

   The objective of this program is to encourage children to follow their inner compass. This will be achieved by carefully designed weekly one-hour yoga sessions aimed at the overall development of the child. Special focus on emotional intelligence, stress reduction, attention, and decision making skills. 

Yoga for Teens (13-16)

Specially designed  weekly one hour yoga sessions for Teens ( Age 13-16) . Each session provides focus on the physical balance and flexibility by working on postures and poses.The class also focus on improving concentration and awareness by exploring the yogic principle of  mindfulness
