The life of a teen is busy, and it is very easy to feel overloaded, anxious and stressed at times. Yoga is an excellent way to help your teens deal with the overwhelming emotional and physical changes that they may go through during adolescence. Teenagers who practice yoga are less stressed and perform better in academics than those who don’t.
