Eighty-six million Americans now have prediabetes—that’s 1 out of 3 adults! Of those 86 million, 9 out of 10 of them don’t even know they have it.

Without intervention, many people with prediabetes could develop type 2 diabetes within 5 years.

With numbers like that, it’s important to learn about prediabetes and take action

A CDC-recognized lifestyle change program is a structured program—in person or online—developed specifically to prevent type 2 diabetes. It is designed for people who have prediabetes or are at risk for type 2 diabetes

Program Details

Online Diabetes Prevention Program classes start on Wednesday, January 24, 2018 at 8 PM. Each session will be for approximately 60 minutes.

  • 16 Core weekly sessions, every Wednesday starting January 24, 2018 at 8 PM
  • 6 Post-Core monthly sessions, last Wednesday of every month for 6 months from May 30, 2018  to October 31, 2018 at 8 PM
